Happy New Year Blogger Friends!

I am one of those who needs to complete a project before starting a new one.  So, I am bringing 2011 to completion with a post on a sign I made just before our annual Christmas party. 

After rummaging through my salvaged wood pile (don't you have one?),

I dusted off this perfect plank.

 I then traced my stencils...

 I painted the letters RED and outlined them in black.  I stuck it ourside to welcome our guests!

Now that 2011 is complete I am waiting on pins & needles to see what 2012 has in store. 

 I love the freshness that comes with the new year.  His mercies are new!
